Each of my products is made manually only in response to an order.
Items will be dispatched in 5-7 weeks.
Precision takes time therefore in some cases execution time can be longer.

All deliveries in Lithuania are made by LP Express courier service.
The items will be dispatched within 5-7 weeks after your order has been paid and accepted, unless stated else in product description section.
Delivery cost in Lithuania – 4€.

All other deliveries are made by 1st class recorded post delivery.
I’ll provide you with a tracking code, so you can see where your parcel is at any time.

Delivery cost outside Europe – 12€.

Luka Galinyte Jewellery is not liable for any late deliveries caused by third-party courier companies.
RETURN POLICY
If you have purchased a poor quality product, you can exchange or return it within 14 days.
The product must be delivered to Luka Galinyte Studio. The customer must cover all shipping costs.

If the product is not suitable for other objective reasons presumed by the customer (for example: discrepancies in size and colour), please send me an e-mail first to info@lukagalinyte.com to discuss the exchange or return of the product.

Since, in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania (29 June 2011 No. 217), high-quality pieces of jewellery cannot be exchanged or returned, Luka Galinyte Jewellery also does not provide such services.

If the customer does not receive the product and the shipping company returns it due to the buyer's failure to provide a correct address, the buyer shall have to cover all additional shipping costs. The price of the product will be recalculated as soon as it is returned to Luka Galinyte Jewellery Studio. I will immediately contact the customer and inform him about this.

Jewellery displayed in photos and described in text may look slightly different in real life. If the received product matches the paid price and there are only slight differences, Luka Galinyte shall not be liable for such possible errors in the visual and textual material.
